How long does delivery of the photos take?
We deliver the edited images within 48 hours of the session. If you have a viewing or a listing with a deadline, we prioritise it and adapt to your schedule.
Can I use the photos on real estate portals and on my website?
Yes. We transfer the usage rights for the images for portals such as Idealista or Fotocasa, your website, social media and sales material for the development or the property.
Do I need any permit to photograph my property from the air?
We take care of it. As an AESA-authorised operator we handle coordination with ENAIRE and the necessary flight permits. Here we explain how it works.
How many images do I get per property?
It depends on the size and type of property, but the final selection always includes the shots that sell the property best: aerial panoramas, views of the surroundings and exterior details. We pick the best ones and deliver them edited, with no charge per shot taken.
Do you retouch the photos and add a blue sky?
Yes. Every image goes through editing: we adjust light, colour and horizon, remove distracting elements and, if the day was grey, we replace the sky with a natural blue one. The aim is for the property to look attractive while staying true to reality.
What formats do you deliver the images in for the portals?
We deliver the photos in high resolution and in optimised JPG format, ready to upload to Idealista, Fotocasa or your website without losing quality. If you need a specific size or aspect ratio for a portal or for social media, we adapt them for you.
