What does a drone service cost in Barcelona? Here we explain honestly the factors that set the price and give you indicative ranges for aerial video, photography and inspections. No magic figures: a tailored fixed quote in 24 h.
The factors
that move the rate
There is no single drone price. These are the elements that determine it.
Length of the shoot
A half day for a few specific shots is not the same as a full day with several sequences. Duration is the first price factor.
Number of locations
Each change of location means travel, setup and a fresh survey of the area. Concentrating everything in one place brings the service cost down.
Permits and CTR zone
Flying in the airport's controlled zone (CTR) or in an urban centre requires coordination with ENAIRE and authorisations. This management is part of the cost.
Editing and post-production
Raw footage, a simple edit or a finished piece with colour grading and music do not cost the same. Editing is often half the job.
Rights and uses
One-off use on social media is not the same as a national advertising campaign. The usage rights and the length of the licence adjust the price.
Technical complexity
6K resolution, thermal sensors, photogrammetry or construction monitoring require specific equipment and time that are reflected in the rate.

Why the lowest
price ruins you
When someone gives you an impossible price, it is usually because they are cutting out what protects you.
Illegal operators
Flying without an AESA certification is illegal. If the operator is not registered, you take on the risk and the responsibility for every flight.
Fines and penalties
Penalties for flying without permission or in a prohibited zone can far exceed what you would have saved. Cheap is paid for later.
No insurance
Without liability insurance, any incident is your problem. A drone in a space with people and no coverage is a risk that is not worth it.
Material you cannot use
A video filmed illegally or without music rights can leave you unable to publish it. You will have paid for nothing.

How much does a drone service cost in Barcelona?
It depends on the project. An aerial video usually starts at a half-day shoot with editing included; real estate aerial photography is often offered as a pack, and technical inspections are priced according to the surface area and the report. We send you a fixed quote in 24 h, with no surprises.
Why do you give ranges and not a fixed price?
Every job is different: duration, number of locations, flight zone, permits, editing and usage rights all change the rate. Giving a single price would be misleading. We prefer to explain the factors and close a tailored quote once we know what you need.
What is always included in the price?
We always include an AESA-authorised operator, public liability insurance, permit management and coordination with ENAIRE when required, and the delivery of the final material. We never charge separately for what makes the flight legal and safe.
Does the cheapest end up costing more?
Often, yes. An operator without an AESA certification or insurance may offer a lower price, but it exposes you to penalties, to a video you cannot use and to flights with no coverage. Here we explain what is needed to fly legally.
Are there extra costs?
We try to avoid them. The quote details what is and isn't included. If the project requires long trips, special CTR zone permits or additional days, we tell you before we start so there are no surprises on the invoice.
