Will you appear under your own name in front of my client?
Not unless you want us to. It's a white-label service: you own the client relationship. We're simply your aerial unit.
How is it billed?
By half-day, full day or fixed project. We charge you a professional rate so you can add your own margin on top.
Do you give me the raw footage?
Yes. You can receive the original files to edit yourself, or have us take care of the edit and the colour grade.
Who owns the rights to the footage you deliver?
The footage we hand over is yours and your client's for whatever use you agree on. We don't use it ourselves or show it publicly unless you authorise it: the service is white-label from start to finish.
Are you available for urgent jobs?
We do our best to fit in short-notice requests whenever the schedule and the weather allow. As an AESA-authorised operator we already have the permits handled and can move fast; let us know as early as you can and we'll confirm availability.
Are you insured to fly on sensitive jobs?
Yes. We fly with operator licences and public liability insurance of 1,500,000 €, and we hold authorisation at the Generalitat's hospital heliports. That way your client is covered and you can work with peace of mind.
