Construction
monitoring
Periodic aerial documentation of construction progress with drone, monthly or by milestones, for builders, developers and engineering firms. Comparable images visit by visit for site control, reports and the development's communication.
Periodic aerial
documentation
An objective record of construction progress, month by month.
Construction monitoring with drone consists of periodically documenting the evolution of a build from the air. We schedule recurring visits —monthly or by milestones (earthworks, foundations, structure, roof, urbanisation and handover)— and capture the progress always from the same viewpoints, so that each report can be compared directly with the previous one.
Unlike a one-off photo, the value lies in the series: consistent monthly construction documentation that serves as a reliable record of what was carried out and when. We give you aerial views of the whole plot, perimeter tours and, when needed, an orthogonal top-down view to pinpoint exactly each area of the site. All delivered in high resolution and ready to use in reports, presentations or communication.
We fly as an AESA-authorised operator, with certified pilots and insurance. We handle the coordination with ENAIRE and the permits to fly over the site ourselves, including in controlled airspace and in central Barcelona.
Designed for
the sector
Site control, reports and communication in a single service.
Builders
Objective record of progress for site control, planning and justifying certifications.
Developers
Aerial material to report to the owner and to feed the development's marketing throughout the whole execution.
Engineering & PM
Periodic documentation for the project management team and the technical monitoring of each milestone.
Industrial & solar
Monitoring of warehouses, plants and solar farms, combinable with thermographic inspection.
Drone monitoring
vs. fixed timelapse
Two complementary services. We help you choose.
Construction monitoring with drone and fixed-camera timelapse solve different needs. With the drone you get aerial views and tours of the whole plot from various viewpoints, on each visit: the best option for site control, periodic reports and bird's-eye documentation of the progress.
A fixed-camera timelapse, on the other hand, is a camera installed on site that captures the same framing continuously over months and generates a spectacular accelerated video, ideal for showing the entire execution in a few seconds. For this service we work hand in hand with our specialised partner: timelapse.barcelona.
Many projects combine both: the drone for monthly aerial documentation and the fixed camera from timelapse.barcelona for the final accelerated video. Tell us about your case and we'll propose the combination that fits best.

Monitoring
questions
How often do you photograph the site?
The most common option is monthly documentation of construction progress, but we adapt the frequency to your project's milestones: earthworks, structure, roof or handover. We agree on a schedule of fixed visits so that all images are comparable month by month.
What is the difference compared to a fixed-camera timelapse?
Drone monitoring gives you aerial views and tours of the whole plot from different viewpoints, ideal for site control and communication. A fixed-camera timelapse, on the other hand, is an installed camera that captures the same framing over months and generates an accelerated video. They are complementary services: for fixed timelapse we work with our partner timelapse.barcelona.
Who is this service for?
For builders, developers, engineering firms and project management teams that need to document construction progress objectively: for internal control, for reporting to the owner, for marketing the development or as a record in case of possible incidents.
What do you deliver after each visit?
A high-resolution aerial photo report of the progress, with repeated framings from the same points so that consecutive visits can be compared. If you need it, we also prepare an orthogonal top-down view of the plot and aerial video for communication.
Can you fly in central Barcelona and in controlled airspace?
Yes. As an AESA-authorised operator we handle the coordination with ENAIRE and the permits required to fly over the site, including in controlled airspace (CTR) and in the city. Here we explain how it works.
Do you combine monitoring with inspections?
Yes. In a single visit we can document the construction progress and, at the same time, carry out a technical inspection of roofs, facades or structure with high-resolution imagery and thermography, optimising trips and cost.
Timelapse of
the whole job
The perfect complement to aerial monitoring.
timelapse.barcelona
For fixed-camera timelapse of the whole project —timelapse, hyperlapse, 4D timelapse and live streaming— we work with our specialist partner.
