Filming an event with a drone is not just about flying: it's about planning. We study the venue, define the key moments and prepare a safe flight plan that respects the ceremony, the audience and the regulations. We combine the aerial shots with ground cameras so the final piece has rhythm, emotion and context. Can you fly a drone at our wedding?
Yes. As an AESA-authorised operator we study the location of the country house, estate or venue and handle the permits and coordination with ENAIRE when needed. If the ceremony is in a sensitive or urban area, we tell you in advance what is feasible and suggest alternatives so that everything runs smoothly on the big day. Does the drone disturb the ceremony?
No. We work with distances and altitudes that keep the drone's sound away from the intimate moments. We save the aerial flights for the arrival of the guests, the shots of the venue, the procession or the cocktail hour, and leave the ceremony to ground cameras. That way we capture the aerial spectacle without breaking the emotion.
Do you film festivals and concerts with large crowds?
Yes. We are equipped for festivals, concerts and large events with crowds. In these cases the regulations are more demanding, which is why we plan the flight in advance, define safety zones and, if necessary, fly with the audience cordoned off. We deliver stage shots, an aftermovie and vertical content for social media.
How far in advance do you need to know the date of the event?
The sooner the better. For weddings we recommend booking months in advance because the good dates fill up. For festivals and fairs we need time to handle permits and coordinate with the organisers. Even so, we also take on last-minute commissions if the schedule and the permits allow it.
What does the final edit include?
It includes editing, colour grading and licensed music. For weddings we deliver an emotive highlight video and, optionally, a long version; for festivals and corporate events, an aftermovie and short cuts for social media. We combine the aerial shots with ground b-roll to give the piece rhythm and context.
Do you work outside Barcelona city?
Yes. We cover the whole of Catalonia: Costa Brava, Maresme, Penedès, the Pyrenees and inland. We travel to country houses, estates, fairgrounds and unique venues wherever the event is held. Ask us about the location and we will confirm availability and flight conditions.
