What's needed to film a new-build development in an urban area?
We need the exact address and access to the building or plot on the day of the shoot. With that, we check the airspace and the restrictions of the zone, plan the key shots (facades, surroundings and orientation) and arrange the necessary permits. As an AESA-authorised operator with operator licences and a 1,500,000 € civil liability insurance, and with authorisation at the Generalitat's hospital heliports, we take care of all the paperwork so you only have to open the door.
How do you deliver the video for real estate portals?
